Our Trip to the Nation's Capital.....Part One

We loaded up the kids and hit the open road for Washington, DC the week of July 4th!! We had been talking about taking the kids there for about 3 years ever since James and I visited back 2010.  We knew we would make the trip again with the kids and we thought it was the perfect time especially with it being the 4th of July.....how cool is that!!!  We had a blast and we all loved every minute of the trip! We can't wait to go back!!

End of Baseball Season

Well, It's the end of baseball season! I can't believe it. This season has flown by!!!  We are so proud of the boys and all of their accomplishments!! William has hit several home runs as well as earned a couple game balls and Matthew has earned himself 2 game balls for all his hard work!  They have done so well!! Go boys!!! They are already working towards next season!!

It's Summertime!!!!!!!! Yay!!!! We are so excited for long summer days filled with swimming, the lake, camping, canoeing, hiking, and so much more!!!!

Memorial Day

We enjoyed Memorial Day with friends and family! We ate some yummy food including s'mores and just had a nice relaxing day welcoming summer and remembering those lives who fought for our freedoms!

Science Day

We recently had a science day with our friend, Danielle who is a med student! She taught us all about dry ice, volcanos, ocean currents, and so much more! It was awesome and the kids had a blast!!

Dance Recital

Sydney had her dance recitals a few weekends ago!! She did amazing! We are so proud of her and the wonderful dancer she is becoming! Way to go, Sydney!!
